Vinifikation

Charakter

Aroma/Nase: Süsses Karamell Toffee und saftige Schwarzkirschen werden umrahmt von gerösteten Mandeln und etwas Lakritz. Alles ist untermalt mit würziger Vanille und Teeblättern.

Gaumen/Mund: Der Antritt ist cremig und elegant mit reifen Birnen und warmem Vanille-Käsekuchen. Dahinter verbirgt sich Chili-Schokolade und Noten von Milchkaffee.

Abgang/Finish: Das Finish ist klar und rein mit der Süsse von hellem Honig und Vanille.
